【11/16】汇评：美联储突然”放鸽”美元97关口拉锯战，”超级马里奥”登场恐引发大

      USD in97关口展开拉锯战。次日凌晨，美联储主席鲍威尔和多位美联储官员发表讲话，鲍威尔称美国经济运行良好，薪资现在处于体现通胀和胜利的区间，10月就业报告十分强劲。因鲍威尔谨慎的言论，美元涨幅有限。随后博斯蒂克和卡什卡利的讲话偏鸽派，博斯蒂克表示通胀实际上已经达到了美联储2%的目标，不过应该谨慎推进加息。另外还称，QE可能是美联储面临下一次危机的多种工具之一；美联储已移除前瞻性指引的声明，因美联储不确定政策的方向。卡什卡利重申了不需要提高利率，目前已接近中性利率水平。
      英国内阁支持脱欧协议草案后，英国官员却刮起“离职潮”，英镑一日暴跌近300逾点，跌至1.1270附近。据外媒报道，英国北爱尔兰部长、英国脱欧事务大臣拉布、英国工作和养老金大臣麦克维、保守党副主席Rehman Chishti等官员先后辞职。市场不再预期英国央行将在2019年加息。英国首相梅称将继续担任首相，表示英国将于3month29日离开欧盟，目前不会有第二次公投。另外，欧盟呼吁在11month25日脱欧峰会上签署协议。
      Regarding the Euro:亚盘时段数据清淡，欧元/美元震荡上行。欧盘时段，欧元/美元震荡下行，欧元区9月季调后贸易帐录得134，大幅差于预期值163, Euro/美元短线下跌，跌至日内低点。美国10Monthly retail sales rate recorded0.8%，意外好于预期值0.5%，同时进口物价指数月率录得0.5%，也大幅好于预期值0.1%，当前美元短线上涨，欧元/美元短线下跌。美盘时段数据清淡，欧元/美元震荡上行。意大利总理孔特一改以前强硬的态度，表示将请求欧盟委员会主席容克不要启动超额赤字程序。

      亚市早盘开盘，欧元/After a slight increase, the US dollar began to decline and is currently1.1333附近震荡。技术上，今日可逢低做多，下方支撑位1.1309、1.1270。若跌破下方支撑位时，可待回调至区间内逢高放空。今日经济数据较为清淡，需重点关注欧元区10monthCPI年率终值，预期值和前值一致为2.2%，若公布值较好，则有望给欧元提供支撑。同时还需关注欧洲央行行长德拉基和德国央行行长魏德曼的讲话，或将对欧元产生一定影响。美盘时段需关注美联储埃文斯的讲话。
