本周沙特能源部长称明年有必要在10月的基础上将原油供应削减约10010000 barrels/日；但特朗普施压要求OPEC不要为了支撑油市而减产；市场目前仍对供给过剩非常担忧，但还不能排除继续向下探底的可能，因此周二美盘原油在特狼谱的喊话下继续下探，在4小时图中，油价仍然处于连续下跌走势之中，点位不断创出新低，而且当下走势空头非常之强势，仍然看不出行情有反弹的机会，不过指标MACD低位连续形成底背离，行情已经出现强烈的反弹需求，短期需要关注下方55.00的大支撑。
