据新华社报道，美国总统特朗普周四（11month1日）签署行政令，对委内瑞拉的gold出口实施制裁。行政令禁止美国公民同与委黄金出口等行业有关的个人和实体进行交易，旨在降低黄金出口给委政府带来的收入。美国财政部此前表示，不少委内瑞拉国内的金矿都是犯罪组织在运营。


此次制裁主要针对委内瑞拉和土耳其之间的黄金交易。土耳其近几年黄金需求强劲，不仅央行增持黄金，其民间黄金需求量也一直高企。每年委内瑞拉都将大量黄金出售给土耳其，以此作为一大经济支柱。值得注意的是，自2014年以来，委内瑞拉央行的黄金储备已经减少了一半以上，美国此次的制裁对该国经济来说可谓雪上加霜。
