    那么为什么会有这些“黑平台”的存在呢？
    第一点，我们前面也说了，主要还是国内并没有监管，导致黑平台可以趁机暂露头角。而一些不法经纪商在境外的犯罪成本近年却在不断地上升，经常会有一些不法机构被监管当局查处并被处以数百万美元罚款。因此很多外汇黑平台更是盯紧了中国touzi者。
    第二点，“利”字当头。保证金交易，touzi人“以小搏大”，高杠杆比例。高额利润让不少交易商趋之若鹜，试图牟取非法利益。
    那么，到底要在怎么辨别一些，短时间内不会跑路的黑平台呢？
