方法①对冲法：通常在非农数据出来之前，现货市场交投情况会显得有些清淡，等非农数据出来之后行情波动幅度最大，然而我们可以在消息出来之前的时候整点位下单。在非农数据出来之前，最好是在非农的前一晚到当天晚上非农数据快要出之前这段时间里面选好一个理想的点位，在低位做多高位做空各一单对冲，然后双向各设15个点左右的获利不带止损。非农只设获利不带止损。数据只有在非常好和非常坏的二种情况下才有可能走出单边行情，即使走出单边行情也会有回调的机会。


方法②双向挂单操作法：一般来说在非农数据出来前3分钟做一单3个点左右的高位多单和一个3点左右的低位空单，操作好之后设置止损10个点。有一单被扫损之后看行情走势来补单。如果当晚的非农数据没有很大的影响力，可以根据自己看到的波动幅度明显减弱的情况下手动平仓！
