　　一月一次的大非农进入倒计时，捡钱的机会也就在眼前，都有机会，区别只是在于把握趋势的能力！翻仓的话我不太喜欢说，更喜欢一步一步的脚踏实地，当机会来临时我们要好好把握，在市场恐慌时贪婪掠夺，在这个市场说一千到一万，要想稳健获利，必须有一个适合自己的交易策略和技巧，加上行之有效有的心态这些是你的武器，做单带好止损止盈这是你防护盾，不要让一单的亏损而错过后面的机会。

　　gold：昨日下跌，今日出现新低，那么走的就是空头发散的延续，反弹做空；从日线上来看，金价继续维持低位盘整震荡趋势。美国经济数据向好加上美联储偏鹰使得金价承压。不过金价目前依旧震荡交投于收敛三角区间中，随着美元指数回落风险加剧，料非农数据公布之前金价将继续保持区间震荡走势。技术指标目前走势依旧较为消极，尽管MACD上行动能温和增强，但是RSIas well asMA均线都持续回落，这使得金价下跌的风险加剧。4小时上，金价在收敛三角下轨附近受到支撑之后温和反弹，RSI目前止跌，现震荡交投于中轴下方附近，尽管MAMoving average andMACD走势都较为承压，但是目前KD指标已经跌至超卖水平，且跌势暂缓，而1小时显示KD指标自超卖水平反弹，这暗示金价短线有反弹的空间。所以，今日操作上建议反弹做空为主，回调做多为辅，上方短期重点关注1215-17Frontline resistance, short-term focus below1203-05一线支撑。早间操作策略：激进者，可现价做多，博反弹利润；反弹至1213-1211一线直接空，止损1217, Objective1204,1202,1200。指导官微：smpj8888


　　crude oil：从日线上看，近期原油日线阴阳交替循环，短线多空仍存在悬念。虽然昨日再度收阴，但是对于近期的原油来说，延续性依旧不是很好，不管是上涨或者下跌也好，油价始终无法取得有效的连续，当然这也是震荡走势的特征，就这两个交易日空头的表现来说，的确很强，但是只能看作回调调整，不能看成反转信号。从日线的形态来看，原油目前虽然还是属于震荡的格局，但是依然还处于上行通道中，只要后市油价再度上破上方70一线区域，那么将会迎来一波新的涨势。从4小时来看，当下K线近期遇阻70一线阻力之后开始回调，但是这波回调任然在正常的回调之中，没有回调，上方空间也不会有太大。行情目前虽然持续收阴，但是原油的阶梯式上涨没有改变，那么在形态没有彻底改变前，结构上K线在近日弱势回调后本周会展开新的上升浪。综合来看，今日操作思路上个人建议低多为主，反弹高空为辅，短线操作上关注上方69.4Line resistance, below66.8一线支撑。指导官微：smpj8888
