记录决定交易的因素
每日详细记录决定交易的因素，当时是否有什么事件消息或是其他原因让你做了交易决定，做了交易后再加以分析并记录盈亏结果。如果是个获利的交易结果，表示你的分析正确，当相似或同样的因素再次出现时，你的所做的交易记录将有助于你迅速做出正确的交易决定;当然亏损的交易记录可让你避免再次犯同样的错误。你无法将所有交易经验全部记在脑海中，所以这个记录有助于提升你的交易技巧及找出错误何在。
顺势操作，勿逆势而行

切忌把两次或以上的交易联系起来!记住每次交易都是独立的交易。
例如在106.00沽日元后在105.50Stop loss.3天后，经过分析，认为美元将上涨现价可以买入美元沽日元，但现价为105.80，这时，不要认为上次交易在105.50止损，现在要在105.80沽很不划算，非要等回落至上次止损位105.50以下才入市。这样的联系不但没有帮助，而且容易错失良机!只要经过分析，确定本次交易的入市、止损、获利价位，就可果断入市。
