Yesterday（7month16日），美国总统特朗普和俄罗斯总统普京于芬兰首都赫尔辛基举行会晤。特朗普将寻求与俄罗斯在能源方面的合作，会晤后双方有可能在声明中提及俄罗斯进一步增产以填补油市供应缺口的意愿。然而，俄罗斯方面确认将向对伊朗石油和天然气行业投资500亿美元的计划，这对于美国而言无疑是个巨大的挑衅。分析指出，特朗普很有可能会在俄罗斯经济制裁问题上保持坚定立场，对俄罗斯的制裁将成为特朗普谈判的重要工具。特朗普在会晤前表示，对此次会晤没有较高的期待。Pricefutures集团的高级市场分析师Phil Flynn预计，黄金有望实现部分反弹。

　　近期无论是从消息面还是技术面上来看，黄金所能获得的支撑微乎其微，上周反弹失败后的二次下跌直接给出新低，多头艰难取得的优势在短短的几个交易日内付诸东流，这样的行情让黄金处于完全被动状态，而当金价上周跌破1247支撑后短线对黄金也极为不利，技术面上目前只能依靠下方1236-1238的支撑，此位置一旦有效失守价格必然继续扩大跌幅。


　　黄金日线图来看，上周金价维持下行趋势，周初触及1267After a high point, it fluctuates and weakens. 　　目前原油晓晓是看好本周行情继续走下行路线，虽然上周五反弹最高已经到位71.6附近但只是短期修正并不影响后市下跌。周初走跌完全是在预料之中的，昨日亚欧盘开盘原油一直徘徊在70.6附近，直至欧盘尾段才开始走跌，美盘开盘以后更是跌破上周低点69.3，同时加速下行至凌晨出现低点67.58。


　　技术方面，日线级别目前油价维持短期均线下方，且短期均线呈死叉下探之势，并且短周期指标上行动能非常缺乏，整体日线级别是走下行看空的状态。4小时级别上，油价未能企稳过71上方，本周初更是走出三连阴进一步打压了多头的势气，同时MACD指标运行与零轴下方，且绿色动能持续释放并未有减弱的现象，整体走势呈现畅通下行之势。
