Tuesday（5month29日），美国白宫突然宣布，将对中国500Billion dollar commodity collection25%关税，最终进口商品清单将于6month15日之前公布。将加强对获取美国工业重大技术的相关中国个人和实体实施出口管制，并采取具体投资限制，拟于6month30日前正式公布相关措施，之后不久将正式实施。白宫一纸声明后，中美贸易冲争端问题再次浮出水面。中国商务部新闻发言人对此表示，对白宫发布的策略性声明既感到出乎意料，但也在意料之中，这显然有悖于不久前中美双方在华盛顿达成的共识。
　　

　　地缘政治方面，从目前情形来看，地缘政治因素仍是本周行情走势的风向标。意大利方面，因投资者担心提前大选导致该国面临脱欧风险，开始抛售意大利股票和债券。5month29日公布的一项调查显示，由于意大利危机，预计欧元区未来几个月内至少失去一个成员国的投资者数量有所增加。
