Thursday Beijing time02:00Federal Open Market Commission(FOMC)将公布利率决议及政策声明。在3月份加息后，市场普遍预期由主席鲍威尔(JeromePowell)领导的美联储决策者们本周将保持政策不变。由于此次会议结束后不会有最新的经济预测，也不会召开新闻发布会。因此，投资者将密切关注会后声明措辞。如联储的鹰派论调为6月加息做好铺垫，可能会推高美元，并拖累黄金跌穿1300USD.


3月份的货币政策会议后，美联储曾表示将‘继续逐步’加息，可能会在今年再加息两次或三次，2019年加息三次，2020年加息两次。市场自此以后定价今年还有三次升息的可能性更高。目前市场的定价显得较为合理，因此要进一步推升美元，美联储本周的声明需要提供新鲜的鹰派言论。但目前越来越多的数据和声明表明今年恐再加息3Times.


另外，对于美元，多头有点势不可挡，尤其是在当下美联储稍偏鹰的的情况下，并且在扩张性财政政策的帮助下，美国经济数据表现强劲，与此形成对比，外界对全球其它地区经济能否进一步加速的担忧日益增加。而在近期的强势上涨后，美元本周有望进一步走强，尤其是在大规模的空头回补之下。

昨日黄金再次在美盘下探1302一线，并且凌晨向上反抽，梳理这几日的走势，我们不难发现，它走了一个时间循环：


第一，早间下跌，日内阴跌，美盘6-8点并不是反抽。美盘后缓慢续跌，凌晨向上反弹。这种形态是在不断地破底当中，但又表现的不是很极弱。极弱的形态是连续性和力度的体现。目前来说，显然力度走的不是很干脆。那么我们只能把它归结到震荡下跌当中。


第二，在这周行情当中我们强调了一个事件风险区域。是依托上一波修正横盘的时间94天来计算的。那么在5month1号之后，价格显然超过了这个时间区域。所以行情进入到了风险转折的点，代表着单边也要来了。


第三，记得在前一次测试1310的时候，我们把1306一线作为分水岭。事不过三原理，是指价格在前期的顶部一直受压，而不断的去测试支撑位。测试的次数过多，代表着破位的概率越大。所以一直以来价格再次测试1310下方的时候，破位的概率极大。显然我们这一次看到价格到达1310之后并不是支撑，而是直接破位。所以越强的支撑给到的次数越小。而不断给到的支撑位他一定不是支撑。这样就意味着，这一次到达1310破位之后，价格下破1300的概率极大。


在今日行情当中，我们还是要讲一个循环原则。这两日都是在9点之后下跌，日内阴跌。早间我们看到行情连阳反抽。前一日下跌的走势，我们需要找到做空的位置并不是很难。但难的是欧盘能不能继续破底。通常，我们会依托前一日凌晨的低点或者大阴线的顶端来作为二次的开空口。而选择的时间点往往是欧盘，以欧盘的强弱来断定在极弱下跌还是在震荡反抽当中。

今日我们看到，按照时间循环应该在9点后去布局空。按照凌晨的高点，位置应该在1309-10一线。这就意味着今日可以在1309-10一线去做空。但相关的证明点，就是欧盘能不能阴跌，或者继续破底。这才是看日线下跌的节奏。这就需要注意，1309-1310做空之后，欧盘的时间点非常关键。


另外我们可以强调一个止损法，顺势止损可以扩大。这样做更好就是为了调仓原则。比方说1309-1310做空可能会失败，价格会向1312-1313一线去反抽。但这种反抽并不是意味着空单是错误的。只是说反弹的力度过大，影响了下跌破底的动能，会给你二次保命的机会。所以在做空之后，一定要注意，可以把止损位去扩大。重点用时间止损法，参照就是欧盘破不破底。欧盘继续下跌，极弱，晚上必破千三。欧盘突破1310一线，晚间一定是震荡形态。所以止损并不是根据你的进场点位来设置一个固定多少点的止损，这只是一种最简单的止损方法，有时候我们需要根据不同行情来确定采用什么方法止损，也就是所谓的止损讲方法和原则。
