1.2015年底美联储第一次加息之后，黄金1046-1064见大底，截止到目前连续2年多走的都是震荡向上的走势。高点1375，波幅300美金，虽然方向向上但是每年涨幅不大。而且我们发现每年2-3波趋势行情之后，大部分时间都在反复的整理洗盘，要么高位三角整理，要么箱体整理，要么契型整理.......所以这波高位整理是必然，也是中长线看多的停顿，后市多头展开的铺垫。


2.上周洗盘加剧，区间不规则，单日大阳大阴循环，而且要么单边上涨不回调之后遇急跌，要么单边震荡下行不反弹之后跟急涨。比如周一的亚盘震荡反弹当日收大阳，周二的早盘急跌当日收中阴，周三的亚盘震荡反弹当日冲高回落十字星阳，周四早盘急跌当日收阴。周五早盘急涨欧盘单边回落，晚间非农1326-1320-1331-1322-1335过山车洗盘。


面对这种行情反复行情，我们熟悉其运行特点采取对应操作手法。牢记K线大阳大阴无意义，不可追涨杀跌跟着行情跑，区间内反复关键位置存现虚破不延续诱惑，尽量关注区间高空低多的思路操作。

日内操作重点考虑日线的阴阳交替循环节奏，周五过山车尾盘探底回升收阳，今日重点关注1335-1336压力，亚欧盘持续不破我们1332附近可做空，去看1324-1322考虑日线循环收阴的节奏，如果先回落，可以考虑在1326附近先短多一次，总之1335-1336日内关键压力。
