NFX 品汇国际：美元的任何年内上涨都为反弹

Market Review
　　在周二的foreign exchange市场上，美元呈回调后大幅反弹的走势，美元指数最高上涨到90.28,最低下跌到89.84, closing at90.20。欧美最高上涨到1.23350，最低下跌到1.22540, closing at1.22680。
　　美元指数在90关口上方维持涨势，缘于最新的财报暗示福特和菲亚特美国汽车销量优于预期。技术上，从更长期角度看，2014-2017年大走势的61.8%斐波回撤88.42stay1Month and2月份为美元指数提供了关键支撑。尽管指数多次企稳88.42水平的上方，但是攀升过程持续遇阻回落意味着美元空头力量还没消散。
　　中国财政部上周日宣布，对包括冻猪肉、葡萄酒和特定水果及坚果在内价值30Billion dollar128种美国产品额外征收最多25%关税，作为对美国征收钢铝关税的回应。投资人担心这是涉及面更广的贸易战的序幕。预计本周美国政府就将宣布对500-600亿美元中国进口商品课征关税。中国驻美大使崔天凯表示，如果美方最终宣布，中方将坚决予以回击，以同样的规模、同样的金额和同样的强度。
　　周二，旧金山联储总裁威廉姆斯被任命为纽约联储下一任总裁，预计将巩固美联储的逐步升息政策。美元兑日元结束三日连跌，但交易商仍预计如果贸易争端升级，日元将走强，美元将普跌。
从技术上来看,美指周二回调在89.80之上受到brace，上涨受阻在90.30之下，收盘在90.20,意味着美元短线有可能回调后保持上涨的走势。
