　　在周三的foreign exchange市场上，美元呈低位震荡整理的走势，美元指数最高上涨到89.78, 最低下跌到89.40, closing at89.64。欧美最高上涨到1.24440，最低下跌到1.23850, closing at1.24050。
　　周三两则消息引发市场广泛关注：日内公布的“小非农”ADP就业人数表现强劲，穆迪首席经济学家詹迪对就业市场发出警告。此外，有消息称，美国总统计划于周四签署关税计划。技术上，美元指数的下行趋势仍完好，面临进一步下跌风险。
　　白宫周三稍晚表示，出于国家安全考虑，钢铝关税计划可能豁免加拿大和墨西哥等国家。在这一消息发布后，美元在纽约尾盘缩减涨幅，而加元和墨西哥比索兑美元缩减跌幅。美元周三稍早下跌，因特朗普首席经济顾问柯恩辞职，他被视为经济正统派的中流砥柱，他曾告诉特朗普，关税威胁会导致市场暴跌。
