什么是大非农数据
非农数据即美国劳工部每月初公布的美国非农业就业人口数据，显示美国的就业率和失业率以及未来展望，直接挂钩于整体经济，是美国经济好坏的阴晴表。非农数据公布时间一般为当月第一周的周五。




小非农是什么，对foreign exchange行情有什么影响
做外汇的人都知道有个非农数据，对外汇的行情波动有一定的影响，不过在非农数据公布之前，还有个“小非农”。今天就来讲讲小非农：

“小非农”是AutomaticDataProcessingabbreviationADP，就是美国自动数据处理公司，发布的就业人数比较权威。ADPThe US Employment Report is published byADPsponsor,MacroeconomicAdvisers公司负责制定和维护。
每月公布一次，一般在非农数据前两天（即周三）公布，对非农数据有一定的预示作用，人称“小非农”。

当就业形势弱(strong)，债券市场将回升(fall)。产权投资市场随着微弱数据债券市场回升，因为低利率对股票有利。但是有时两个市场却向着相反方向发展。毕竟劳动力市场有利于股票市场，因为它促进经济增长和公司盈利。在此同时，债券交易商更关注通货膨胀压力的潜力可行性。
失业率在周期性衰退时期上升，在经济快速增长期间下跌。失业率上升与经济疲软或承包以及利率下降有关。反之，失业率的下跌与经济发展以及利率上涨有关。这样，人们害怕，假如失业率太低、工人很难找到，工资就会增加。




Small non-agriculturalADP就业人数和非农就业人数的关系：
ifADP就业数据好于预期，投资者对周五非农数据的乐观预期将会提振美元指数，而gold白银可能因此受到打压；反之，若ADP就业数据差于预期，投资者对周五非农数据将会悲观，打压美元，提振黄金白银。
可以说小非农是非农前的一次预期行情。

非农对黄金白银等投资有何影响：
Simply put, non-farm data directly reflects the real unemployment and employment situation. We need to understand it this way: if the employment rate is high and the unemployment rate is low, it indicates that the US economy is good and the US dollar is strong;On the contrary, the US dollar will weaken.
