操作心态非常重要，很多人把亏损的根本原因归结为：心态不好。模拟操作一般都容易成功，可一旦开始实盘交易情况就会大不一样。亏损接踵而至，看对了没做，做了没握住，看错了却做了，该止损却因犹豫而没止，进场出场时心存恐惧，总担心会错等等等等不一而足，这一切都跟交易心态有关！心态是操作最后能否有效执行的关键，可以说你围绕交易所做的一切努力最终都需要良好的心态来落实，能否及时止损、能否让利润充分增长关键也在于心态！


　　保持好的操作心态是每一个投资者努力追求的目标，我认为应从以下几个方面来做：1、良好的资金管理是基础2、正确理解亏损是关键3、盯住止损，不考虑利润是措施。

　　在做到前面两点之后，你的操作心态仍会受获利欲望的影响而难以平静。获利的欲望时刻都在我们的心里涌动，我们交易的目的也是追求利润。这种欲望会象蚂蚁一样在我们的心里抓挠，使我们患得患失。我们的心态会随着价格的波动而时好时坏，买了总希望价格一路飙升，卖了总希望价格一路暴跌，这种急切获利的欲望本身就会导致你心态不安。市场永远不会按你的心情来走！


　　其实，在操作中我们唯一自己能控制的只有止损，而赢利却不会听我们的摆布，因为市场不可预测。我们只能做我们能做的，并且要努力做好我们能做的，做好了我们能做的，你追求的东西自然会来。盯住止损就是在做我们能做的工作，因为止损我们可以控制；若盯住利润或行情，你就在做自己无法控制和把握的东西，追求无法把握的东西肯定会使你的心态也无法把握。进场之后我们只需盯住止损，只要价格不到止损点，我们就一直持有，不用太关注具体波动，太关注波动就会使你的心态也波动不停。止损是相对静态的，具有可控性，止损的可控性质能够使我们保持良好的心态。


　　市场上有句格言：让利润自己照顾自己！非常精辟！当你只是盯住止损而不考虑利润时，还有什么因素能来使你心态不好呢？盯住止损不考虑利润并非不追求利润，而恰恰是最好的利润追求方法，因为利润是自然而然出来的，是做对之后耐心持仓等待出来的，而不是刻意追求和频繁交易创造出来的，这就是利润的来源。风险管理好了利润自然会来！！保持良好的心态必须以上三个方面全面配合，首先要正确理解亏损，坦然接受亏损，然后由资金管理来控制亏损，最后用盯住止损不考虑利润来落实到具体交易中去。保持好的交易心态也是一个系统工程，并非简单的做好资金管理就行。
