在周三的foreign exchange市场上，美元呈较大幅度反弹的走势，美元指数最高上涨到93.65, 最低下跌到93.17, closing at93.61。欧美最高上涨到1.18480，最低下跌到1.17810, closing at1.17920。
　　美元延续前两日涨势强劲攀升，触及两周高位93.65。主要非美货币则纷纷回撤，其中加元波动尤为剧烈，由于加拿大央行维持利率不变并释放出谨慎基调，加元兑美元短线急跌逾110点。美国参众两院同意组建一个委员会，为消除两个版本税改议案分歧迈进了一步。
　　美国总统特朗普周三突然逆转美国奉行十年的政策，转而承认耶路撒冷为以色列首都，引发巴勒斯坦强烈不满，此举恐激化中东紧张局势。此外，特朗普还提出美国政府可能在周末前停摆的可能性。
　　另一方面，由于市场担心下周欧盟峰会恐无法达成一项脱欧协议，英镑日内承受着较大压力。加拿大央行维持利率不变的同时发布了谨慎基调，加元兑美元大幅下挫。在美元逐渐反弹的背景下，gold的走势岌岌可危，已经下跌到多空双方关注的重要水位1260.00。
从技术上来看,美指周三回调在93.15之上受到brace，反弹受阻在93.65之下，收盘在93.61,意味着美元短线回调后可能会继续向上反弹。如果美指今天回调在93.30—93.35之上受到brace，后市反弹的目标将会指向93.80—93.95。
