Market Review
　　在周二的foreign exchange市场上，美元呈小幅反弹的走势，美元指数最高上涨到93.49, 最低下跌到93.04, closing at93.38。欧美最高上涨到1.18770，最低下跌到1.18010, closing at1.18150。
　　美国周二公布的一连串数据表现不佳，10The monthly trade deficit widened to487Billion US dollars, and11monthMarkitService industryPMIandISMThe non manufacturing index decreased to54.5and57.4，所有数据均低于预期。其他基本面消息方面，美国众议院规则委员会表示，众议院将在周三就短期融资法案进行投票。美国众议院议长瑞安表示，将有大多数票能支持通过临时融资方案，正与其他议员讨论政府短期支出法案的终止日期。
　　尽管美元在上周跌至两个月低位后收复了部分失地，但整体走势依然偏弱，美元明年进一步上涨受限。若美元继续下跌最大的受益方可能是欧元，预计明年欧元/美元将升至1.3，这将成为2014year9月来新高。
　　由于英国首相特雷莎梅周一未能达成一项协议，从而暂时不能启动英国脱欧后与欧盟自由贸易关系的谈判。市场普遍预期脱欧谈判恐陷入僵局，这令投资者开始削减英镑多头头寸，周二英镑缩减涨幅。
从技术上来看,美指周二回调在93.00之上受到brace，反弹受阻在93.50之下，收盘在93.38,意味着美元短线回调后可能会继续向上反弹。
