Federal Reserve9month21日凌晨维持联邦基金利率在1%-1.25%不变，一如市场预期。在政策声明中，美联储措辞基调意外偏鹰派，表示缩表进程将于今年10月开启，并仍预计今年再加息一次。16名委员中有11名预计，到2017年底，联邦基金利率--即美联储的指标利率在1.25-1.50%区间是“合适的”水平。这比当前的利率水平高四分之一个百分点。美联储还表示，将于10月开始缩减约4.2万亿美元的公债和抵押贷款支持证券(MBS)投资组合，最初将每月到期证券再投资规模减少至多100USD100mn


US Energy Information Administration(EIA)公布数据显示，美国截至9month15日当周原油库存超预期增加459万桶，因美国原油产量和进口量双双增加。原油库存连续三周录得增加，共增加460万桶，超预期100Ten thousand barrels. A decrease in gasoline inventory210万桶，符合预期；精炼油库存下降570Ten thousand barrels, creating2011year11月以来最大降幅。

　　隔夜现货黄金录得一根上下引线小阴线，欧美盘时段最高试探1316一线高位阻力受阻回落，凌晨时分议息会议的利空刺激，金价跌破千三关口，目前处于1296低位震荡，主图上boll开口向下运行，MA均线空头格局朝下，下方暂时关注1290Frontline support, attached diagramsto超卖区死叉下行，日线上保持先空后多思路。


International crude oil:


　　日线上来看，国际原油近几个交易日处于50关口上下徘徊，隔夜EIA数据公布，原油价格稳居50关口之上，最高触及51.1高位，目前处于50.7附近整理，主图上bollOpening diverges,MA均线多头排列，短期支撑50.5,49.8，STO高位走平运行中，上方关注51.5，操作上先保持区间为主。
