On Thursday, a news that Russia agreed to reduce production caused a rapid rebound in international oil prices, reversing the intraday decline in oil prices. According to Reuters, Russia has agreed to the need to reduce production and is negotiating with Saudi Arabia on details. As soon as the news came out, the US and Brazilian oil markets stopped falling and turned up, rebounding rapidly.
