Brent crude oil opened today for consolidation after a slight decline in Monday's closing84.23附近，因沙特维持对亚洲炼油厂的原油供应，导致油价下行疲软震荡。

在利空因素方面，几位知情人士周一表示，尽管沙特阿美承诺每天减产50万桶，但该国石油巨头沙特阿美将向几个北亚买家供应5月全部原油合同的装运量。此外，花旗集团大宗商品研究全球主管Ed Morse表示，油价可能跌破每桶80美元，尽管欧佩克最近明显在努力通过出人意料的减产来支撑这一价格水平。

而在利多因素方面，世界银行行长马尔帕斯表示，世行已将今年全球经济增长预测从1Monthly1.7%Slightly increase to2%，但仍较去年的较强水准放缓，这将加重发展中国家的债务压力。马尔帕斯表示，上修预测的原因是中国疫情后经济复苏的前景改善，目前预测今年增长5.1%。此外，美国股市普遍收涨。包含标普指数上涨0.10%及道琼指数上涨0.3%。
