　　本周备受瞩目的脱欧大戏终于迎来大结局，周四欧盟和英国就脱欧协议达成一致，因协议能否议会闯关成功仍存在悬念。英国议会将于周六对英国首相的协议进行表决，这是自1982年以来首次在周六举行特别会议，市场对此高度关注。此外，欧美关税问题再次重返视野，美国对欧盟商品计划加征的10%and25%关税于10month18日生效，欧盟表示做好了反击的准备，这可能会引发新一轮波动。脱欧协议终于达成！周四英国脱欧传出可喜的进展，经过连续多日艰苦的谈判，欧盟委员会17日上午与英国政府就“脱欧”达成新协议。
