周一，美布两油纷纷下跌，截至发稿，布油下跌1.30%Report82.90dollar/桶，美油下跌1.24%Report73.34dollar/桶。据路透能源分析师Christopher Johnson称，油价的下跌与两个消息有关：一是特朗普政府正积极研究针对伊朗石油制裁措施的豁免。据特朗普政府官员透露，在制裁伊朗石油出口上，美国正在考虑给部分国家一些豁免。其次，沙特和俄罗斯均表态称将生产更多石油。此外，印度油长普拉丹今天表示，印度将继续进口伊朗crude oil，两天前他曾与沙特能源部长法利赫讨论了高昂的油价，他预计沙特将增加原油产量。随后，伊朗油长赞加内出来表态称，沙特声称能在原油市场取代伊朗的说法是荒唐的，未来几个月原油将出现严重短缺，但对油价毫无影响。
