Wednesday（9month19日）援引俄罗斯能源部长亚历山大·诺瓦克(AlexanderNovak)话报道称，目前每桶70-80美元的油价是由（美国）制裁推动的，将是暂时的，油价在长期内将是每桶50美元，诺瓦克表示，50美元的油价不是自己臆想的，而是基于俄罗斯石油公司和分析师的预期分析得出的结论，此外，诺瓦克还表示，他预计，俄罗斯今年的石油日产量将达到1110.5万桶，这位俄罗斯能源部长表示，如果石油市场需要的话，莫斯科已经准备好将产量推高到创纪录的水平。
