　　很喜欢释迦牟尼佛说的一句话：“无论你遇见谁，他都是你生命该出现的人，绝非偶然，他一定会教会你一些什么”。所以我也相信：“无论我走到哪里，那都是我该去的地方，经历一些我该经历的事，遇见我该遇见的人”每一位在读这篇文章的人。

　　对于分析师行业我只是想把我知道的看到的一五一十的说出来。让投资的人更清楚的认识到你们投资的市场和平台。说谎没有好处。我老老实实的做我的分析，带我的客户，能赚多少是多少，不贪心；我敬业，是因为我拿人家的钱，就要替人家办事，人家信任我，我不能辜负人家。我们是金融服务行业。不是高高在上的分析师。客户喊我老师。我每次都会说。我不是教书育人，称不上老师。确实，我更希望可以和客户以朋友的身份去交流。这样至少不会太累。

　　每个人都有大脑，但不是每个人都有智慧；每个人都有眼睛，但不是每个人都有眼光；每个人都有双手，但不是每个人都能把握机会；每个人都有机遇，但不是每个人都有勇气去追求梦想；机会永远都是给那些有智慧、有眼光、有勇气的人准备的！

　　投资者有话说：近期，有很多投资者找到我，想向我学习投资之道，说实话一般找到我的客户都是之前投资都不怎么理想，想寻求帮助，在和他们的交流中我总结一些原因，在这个我想给大家分享一下，希望可以得到广大投资者的共鸣！

　　一位天津的投资朋友对我说，他做这个大概也就一个月的时间，亏了好几万，十分心急，抱怨老师每次只是提供一个大体的做单思路，就算是喊单也没有时刻关心自己手上的单子，导致自己很难把握，最严重的一次，老师喊了一个错单，他在QQ上一直叫老师一个小时都没有回复，最后他自己还是信任老师，所以就算损了也一直拿着，等待回调，最终单边行情老师回话的时候，还怪他不及时止损，一单套了100Point, cut the meat and leave!

　　“每次老师喊单赚钱了，就QQ在线，老师喊错了之后，就不说话了”一位投资者如是说到，赚钱的单子给出之后，会给我分析这个单子为什么赚钱，显得老师很厉害，但是亏钱之后，老师就不说话了，其实有时候亏钱了我并不怪老师，每个人都不能每单都对，但是作为投资者如果亏钱，老师也不怎么理我，这样心里就会出现落差了。

　　说实话，我本人作为分析师，我最痛恨的就是满仓操作，当然我更痛恨分析师让一位新手满仓操作，很多新手不知道这个投资的风险性，满仓操作很有可能一夜爆亏，换而言之就是你赚钱了，这样的做单模式注定会让你最终血本无归！一位北京的投资者晚上12点加我微信对我诉苦，说她刚刚接触这个行业，老师说绝对可以赚钱只要按他操作，他也很信任老师，就投资了30Wan, on the first day of doing the order, the teacher asked him to operate at full capacity. 　　我对分析师有话说：

1、 Do your job well, don't get stuck with customers making orders and specifications

As analysts, it is a fate for investors to find us, trust us, and then reach out to our physical clients. As teachers, we should be responsible to investors, conduct technical analysis in a timely manner, provide information, and keep an eye on market changes. We should not have too much time and effort to pay attention to investors' single trades. How many trades have they done? This is not within our job scope, this investor has the right to make their own choices!

2、 Provide more technical guidance to investors and communicate with them more

I hope that when analysts call out to customers, they can take them to look at the market and teach them some basic skillsKIn the bullish and bearish form, whether the order is right or wrong, communicate with the client more often. The client follows us to operate, and we are their biggest reliance. Don't make investors feel lonely. In fact, if you are willing to share, you will also gain. Taking my actual customer as an example, during the National Day holiday, I took a client with me to operate. In front of me, I took her alone to make orders at night, and of course, she may have plenty of time during the day, Basically, other clients on my hands don't have time to make orders during the day, so I took her to look at the market and taught her to be bullish or bearishKThe line signal should pay attention to those international news aspects. Now she can basically operate it herself and occasionally discuss with me, which also saves you a lot of time.

3、 Help customers control capital risks and avoid full warehouse operations
