近期原油暴涨的关键性因素
         since2016年减产协议签署以来，油价出现了大幅的上涨。2016year12月随着减产协议签署，油价从45美元附近拉起，随后触及了55美元一线附近，涨幅近10%。这也是OPECMember States from2008年以来首次达成减产协议，协议的有效时间最初为六个月。

        不过，随着减产推升油价上升至逾三年半的高点，该协议的有效时间多次延长，并于2018年初决定延长至2018年末，与此同时，沙特也积极的寻求与俄罗斯等非OPEC产油国的永久合作，从而令油价维持在高位。
​
        OPEC以经合组织国家的5年平均库存作为油市是否平衡的目标。随着全球原油产量低于五年平均库存以及市场需求逐步的扩大，原油供给开始出现短缺，同时委内瑞拉产量的不断下滑以及伊朗或被制裁所存在的产量缺口使得供给短缺的趋势进一步扩大，推动了油价的不断抬升。
